This service is intended for those who have lost or misplaced their MSF BasicRider Course Completion Card given to a PowerRide University Student after successfully passing the BRC provided by PowerRide University. We charge a small administrative fee of $25 for the reissuance of a Course Completion Card, we understand that sometimes expediency is a important factor in attaining another card and offer express shipping for a additional $25.
